I came to Cat to help develop some strength and get back into shape after a couple of injuries. Due to a previous shoulder and knee operation, I was reluctant and nervous to train with weights in case I injured myself again. I was also lacking in any knowledge and felt self conscious trying anything by myself in an open gym. Cat took the time to understand my issues and worked with exercises and weights that helped not only stabilise the joints (quite quickly), but also adding muscle.
