BREATHWORK

The Power of Breathing

Recently, there has been much scientific evidence emerging in regards to the benefits of breathwork and the way it impacts our bodies, our emotions, and our mind when focused on and used in a systematic way. Some of these benefits are:

    • increase oxygen in the inner systems
    • improvement of the respiratory system

BREATHWORK

The technique I use in my practice is called Conscious Connected Breathwork but I also employ aspects of other breathwork techniques like: holotropic, rebirthing, shamanic, John Paul Crimi, Wim Hof or Pranayama depending on the needs of the client.

A one on one session will start with a consultation to establish the needs of the client at that moment in time, followed by the actual breathing and an integration phase. The breathing will happen in a setting conducive to healing and uses music chosen to aid the client in their release process. Aromatherapy and other sound techniques will also be used during the session.

TRE

Tension, Stress and Trauma Release Exercises

TRE is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma by tremoring. The exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension which calms down the nervous system and encourages the body to return to a state of balance.

Tension and Trauma Release Exercises

By attending a TRE session with a certified facilitator, you may learn how to practice TRE and how to carry on doing TRE on your own at home, if you chose to. Under the expert guidance of Cat, during this session you will perform the exercises and then enter the tremor phase while you lie down.

SHAMANIC PRACTICES

Ancient Wisdom and Healing

Shamanism is an ancient form of healing performed by the ones who follow this path, usually called shamans. There are different ways of practicing shamanism throughout the world, according to each culture’s inherited traditions, but they all have some common denominators.All Shamans do their work by deliberately entering altered states of consciousness in order to obtain information from the ‘spirit world.’ They use this wisdom to help and to heal those in suffering. Shamans are typically very connected to the land or Mother Earth and they have a deep relationship with the spirit world and their roots.

    When performing shamanism, Cat will use different shamanic techniques to bring healing to the individual. These techniques are usually dictated on the day by his spirit guides and may include:

    • removal of intrusive energies from the energetic body;
    • returning energies that have been lost for example parts of the soul that were lost during traumatic events or the energy of lost limbs;
    • bringing the spirit of biggest ally or spirit animal into the energy field of the receiver

    Cat will also guide the receiver on how to integrate and work with the new energies in order to create a healthier, fuller life.

    LIFE AND CONSCIOUS COACHING

    Tap into Your Full Potential

    During these sessions, a relationship is formed between the client and the therapist, and from this base all healing emerges. The coach supports the client on their path to self-discovery and to tapping into their full potential. A life coach offers support when facing the truth becomes overwhelming and offers a different perspective on situations when things get difficult.

    A spiritual life coach will send the client back to themselves over and over again and will offer guidance on how to flow with life rather than swim against the current.
