I came to Cat to help develop some strength and get back into shape after a couple of injuries. Due to a previous shoulder and knee operation, I was reluctant and nervous to train with weights in case I injured myself again. I was also lacking in any knowledge and felt self conscious trying anything by myself in an open gym. Cat took the time to understand my issues and worked with exercises and weights that helped not only stabilise the joints (quite quickly), but also adding muscle. I'm shocked how quickly I've progressed, I'm actually enjoying exercise again and people are noticing the change in my shape. I'm also much more confident to go into the gym by myself and work on exercises and areas we have discussed. Getting diet plans and regular coaching about my eating habits is also really helpful.
